At Moonshadow Supply Co., all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item

• Incorrect size or color selection

• Accidental purchases

• Gift returns

• Delayed delivery after shipment

• Personal preference or dissatisfaction

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged package and item. We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement is appropriate at our sole discretion.

If you receive the wrong item because of an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the mistake.

Moonshadow Supply Co. reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not fall under the exceptions listed above.
